Hey! I’m Tonya – not Helen or Hallie – they are my grandmothers and I am honoring their memories with this site.

I’m originally from Southern Indiana but I’ve lived in Colorado for over 20 years now and I LOVE it here! I’ve been married, now divorced (but great friends with my ex) and dating a wonderful man. I don’t have any children, but I was an Aunt at age 6 so maybe I have some “child raising” insights? haha! I’ve spent most of my life as an “assistant” in some form or another in so many industries: mutual funds/finance, tax, custom home builder, and medical. I have struggled off and on with my own mental health, physical health, and lord almighty – now PERIMENOPAUSE!

I definitely don’t have life figured out – but I’m working on living my best life and enjoying every day!
